After installation, Give Acces to the user to 'Create Employee Custom Fields'
from User settings.
Click 'Create Fields' menu to create custom fields.
Fill
in the details (also can select 'Widgets' if needed) and click create fields , a new field will
create.
A
new field is created in the employee view.
