This Module Helps To Create Custom Fields in Employee from User level.
User can manage the creation and deletion of custom fields.

After installation, Give Access to the user to 'Create Employee Custom Fields' from User settings.
Click 'Create Fields' and 'Delete Fields' menu to create/delete custom fields.

To give the user access to create Employee Custom Fields, go to the Settings menu and select Users and Company. Within that menu, select the user. In the User Access Rights tab, find the "Create Employee Custom Fields" option and enable it.
