Set the visibility of company details based on activated the boolean fields on the website. Go to Website -> Configuration -> Websites -> Contact Us
Company details on the Contact Us form
Go to Websites -> Home Page -> Contact Us
Options visibility should be activated.
To activate the Address in one line in contact form, we can set the Address in one line option in backend.
Phone, mobile number and email can be converted in to links.
