Click on create sale order

Cannot create sale order if there is no order lines added. Otherwise it will raise an alert popup with invalid order line.

Cannot create sale order if there is no no customer selected. Otherwise it will raise an alert popup with invalid customer.

On Confirming Order Creation, create Quotation with orderlines and it shows popup with sale order reference.
