This Module assists users to set shipping methods for payment acquirers which is selected in website sale.

Features
========
* Users can choose the shipping methods in payment acquirer form view which will be only listed in website when a payment acquirer is selected.
* Can configure the shipping methods such that it can be selected only with certain payment acquirers.
