Field Time Picker
=================
Time picker for fields, using Wickedpicker.

Installation & Configuration
============================
Once the module has been installed, a time picker may be used to read time input in character fields.
use 'widget="timepicker"' when defining the fields in XML for those that you need to use as time fields.
