Create a Meta Business Account

Create meta business account using the link Meta Business Suite , the click on Get started button

Create facebook page and fill all necessary details.After creating page, Goto the messenger of facebook page.

Go to the Settings of the messenger inbox.

Copy the messenger URL

Add facebook messenger URL in website configuration settings

In the chat plugins, Add website domains

Choose a setup method

Give the domain name of our odoo website

Finish the setup

Clickable messenger icon on website

Customers need to log in or continue with their Facebook accounts

Customers can chat and we can reply to them

Customers have options to continue/end with a chat
