Steps to set up in Trello platform

Login to Trello Power-Ups Admin Portal. Click on the New button under Power-Ups tab

Fill all fields and click Create button.

Click on Generate a new API key button under API key tab. Click Token to generate Trello token.

We can see the Username here.
