Administrator can give access to edit the label
Go to Settings --> Users & Companies --> Users and enable Edit Field Label
Double Click on Field Label
Double click on the label, and you can add the new label.
New label is added.
In settings => technical => Label History.
Label History
In Label change history, You can see the details of changed label.
Just double click and edit the field.
Easy to configure.
Available in Odoo 18.0.
