Get GST Numbers Details using PAN Number

1. This module uses the GSTIN Search by PAN API provided by https://www.mastersindia.co/ for fetching the GSTIN information using PAN
2. This is a Paid API Service. Need to Purchase the Service from the Provider to get the 'Client ID' and 'Client Secret'.
3. You can avail their service from this link https://www.mastersindia.co/gst-number-verification-api-bulk-utility/
A field for storing the PAN added in the partner form. This can be useful while fetching the multiple GSTIN information of the partner using the "Verify PAN" button.
PAN format validation has added so that we can avoid invalid requests to API
PAN number is automatically populated in the popup, it can be edited before requesting the API
A notification is raised when the request is successful
Fetched GSTIN information are displayed under "GSTIN Data" tab.
