Point Of Sale (POS) Receipt In Odoo 
Hide Product In POS feature in Odoo offers businesses the ability to selectively hide products from appearing on their POS receipts. This improves the overall receipt layout simplifies the customers purchasing experience.Once implemented this module, users can easily test the changes by creating sales transactions in the POS module and verifying the appearance of products on the receipt
First enable the "Hide In Pos Receipt" option in the product variant form view.
And then choose that product in the pos session and take the order like in the picture shown below.
After the payment completion The product that has enabled the "Hide In Pos Receipt" is not shown on the receipt.
