Overview

This feature is handy for conducting live chats through Skype on a website. Skype provides free online calling, messaging services, cost-effective international calls to mobiles or landlines, and Skype for Business for efficient collaboration.

Screenshots

In the Integrations section of General Settings, enable "Skype" and provide your Skype ID.

After enabling the Skype in settings, you can view the Skype icon in the footer section of your website.

On clicking the icon, you will be redirected to the Skype.

After logging in, you can chat with the person using the ID provided in the settings.
