We can give Deliver To option on the Purchase Order Line
Incoming Shipment will be created based on the Delivery To given

Go to Purchase -> Click NEW button and create a Purchase, in order line we can see option to add Deliver To, add operation type
Click on the Receipt smart button we can see multiple transfer has been created
By clicking Purchase Order from print button we will get report with Deliver To option
