Select models
go to Settings > Disable chatter and select the models that you want to hide the chatter for.

Disable the chatter (message and activity panel) for selected models to declutter the user interface.
Select which models to hide chatter for easily via Settings > Disable Chatter.
Hiding chatter does not affect the core functionality, only the visibility of message and activity panels.
