Login Tawk.to Website

Go to the Tawk.to website and click on the "Sign Up" button if you don't have an account. If you already have an account, click "Log In" instead.

Configure Tawk dashboard.

Enter a page identifier to set up dashboard. Then click 'Next'.

Property ID.

Desktop Settings --> Overview --> Property ID

Widget ID.

Desktop Settings --> Channel --> Chat Widget --> Widget ID

Odoo General Settings.

Add the Property ID and Widget ID to Odoo Settings and click on the "SAVE" button.

Tawk.to Widget.

After configuring the Tawk.to settings in Odoo, you can typically view the chat widget with its icon on your Odoo.

Send Messages.

You can send Messages to Agents or Admins via the Chat Widget.

Responds

Agent or admin,can manage and respond to visitor's messages and details through the Tawk.to dashboard.

You can view the Responses Instantly in Odoo.

Admin can manage and respond to visitor's messages and details through the Tawk.to dashboard.
