Steps to set up in Google.
1. Sign in with your Google Account. To generate Google Calendar API credentials, Click HereClick Enable APIs and Services.

2. In the search bar, look for Google Calendar API.
Select the Google Calendar API.
3. Select the Google Calendar API and enable it.
Create Credentials.
4. Click Create Credentials

5. Choose Google Calendar API and the User Data . Then, click Next.

Add the mail for developer contact information.

Choose Website application.
8. Choose Website application and then type the name of the app.
Your company's URL and Authorized redirect URIs section.
9. In the Authorized JavaScript Origins section, add your company's URL. And in the Authorized redirect URIs section, add your companys URL followed by /google_meet_authentication.
Generating Google Calendar API credentials.
10. After successfully generating Google Calendar API credentials, you will receive a Client ID and Client Secret.

App Settings
Go to Settings-> Companies
Then click on the company name and select the Google Meeting tab.
Enter the Client id, Client secret and Redirect Url in Credentials.
After entering all the details click on Authenticate.
Authentication
After successful authentication, now you can create Google Meetings to your Odoo calendar.
Enable Google Meet checkbox.
When the Google Meet checkbox is enabled and save it, a Google meeting link is generated.
Clicking the Join Meeting button.
By clicking the Join Meeting button, you can also join a Google Meeting.
View it in Google Calendar.
After you've created the meeting, you can view it in Google Calendar.
Email the Meeting information.
Email the meeting information to all event participants.
Disable the Google Meet checkbox.
Disable the Google Meet checkbox to delete the meeting.
Meeting has been removed.
From Google Calendar also, the meeting has been removed.
Create Google Meetings from Odoo Calendar.
Send a Google Meeting invitation email to event attendees.
To install the module, navigate to the Apps menu in Odoo, search for "Google Meet Calendar Integration," and click the "Install" button.
After installation, go to the Settings menu, find the Google Meet configuration section, and provide the necessary API credentials and access tokens to enable integration with your Google Calendar.
To delete a Google Meet link, uncheck the "Google Meet" option when editing the event. The module will remove the link from your Google Calendar.
