User-friendly Interface
Provides a simple and intuitive interface for customers to initiate return or exchange requests.
POS Product Exchange Management
Facilitate the exchange of products by allowing customers to select a replacement item of equal or lesser value.
Product Quantity Selection
Allow customers to select a quantity of products to exchange.
Click "All orders" button in POS to view all orders screen.
From All Orders list,select an order to initiate the transfer of products.
On selecting the Order, a Popup will open which will show order details like the Product and it's Quantity. You can select the quantity to exchange and then click on the "Exchange" button.
After clicking the "Exchange" button, It will show the selected Products in the POS Orderline.
Add Product to exchange and validate order.
