Go to Account -> Configuration -> Management -> Budgetary Positions. Then select one budgetary position. Then click on 'Print' menu and choose 'Budgets'.
The fields i.e. Debit, Credit, and Balance will be displayed in individual account form also. From here you can set the credit limit for the individual account.
The Administrator or the Head of Sales of team which the lead belongs to, can approve the lead to the stage requested by the user or decline the lead back to it's previous stage.

Usually MRP team does not require permission, but check the product’s availability in the stock. This module helps to make order for the raw materials automatically. A smart button option is include to check the indent status.
As shown here, When we create a MO with a Primary and Secondary Product Quantities and UOMs. After saving, Order is in 'Confirmed' state. Same time we can see a record created in 'Finished Products' with secondary UoM.
We can search orders by their reference. For each order, we can see a button 'Print'. By clicking on this button, we can see the details of that particular order.
There is a heading 'Point of Sale' under sales tab in the product form. Enable 'To create MRP order' and make sure that this product has a bill of material, else system will generate a warning.
If you forget to set the BOM, then MRP order does not get created.
After installing this module, a new menu will be created under point of sale configuration. This menu will open the form for creating the pricelists. We can add pricelist items by clicking on the 'Add an item' button, which wil open a new form.
After creating the pricelist, we can assign that pricelist to a customer from the customer form. A new field is added for selecting the point of sale price list under the point of sale section.
The pricelist will be automatically selected after selecting the customer, if there is any pricelist set for this customer. If there is no pricelist is there for the customer we selected, then there is an option for us to manually select the pricelist.
This will allows you to pick a color from the color window. So you don't need to enter the color code directly. We can avoid searching for a particular color code. Just pick it and apply.
Here we can set the filters we need to apply. If we need to filter the analysis by location, we should specify those locations in the 'Location' field. If none selected, products in all locations will be considered. The category filter also works in the same way. We can select the categories from the 'Category' field. If none selected, all categories will be considered.
The 'Date' field can be used to specify the starting date from which we need to start the checking. Finally, the 'Interval' field specifies the length of interval in days.
Activate the product variants feature from product variants menu, Sales -> Sales -> Product Variants. Now open a product variant form, go to inventory tab.
To set cost price, click on the Vendors section, a new field will be available there to set the cost price of the product.
